I used to order Chicago Pizza from my office from Select City walk mall outlet in Saket. They serves best pizzas and sides, we all love it. No complaint ever. Today I ordered two large pizza from Indirapuram outlet - veggie treat and golden veg pizza and few Stuff garlic breads. I was shocked when I unboxed the pizza. It was not like Chicago Pizza at all. Both the pizzas were like parantha, no cheese in both the pizza, completely dry pizza with sliced vegetables. Worst ever pizza I have ever had that too for 799 for one pizza. I am sure this is not a genuine Chicago pizza outlet. Worst is not the right word to describe the quality of pizza. It was worst than worst, most horrible. Chicago Pizza management- do you guys really have quality control on your franchisee outlets??

Yesterday I had ordered pizza and garlic bread...pizza was ok types, but their garlic bread is pathetic, no garlic flavour, it was full of oil and a bit of cheese, that too on one side only,other side of bread was plain, when I complained on phone, then they said it is made in garlic oil only, I said but it's does not have that flavour, but only it's full of some random oil, i told them what should be done now, So the person said then he ll again send the garlic bread, n thenhe sent again, but again they did not improve, and sent the same pathetic taste bread...and thr price is too high for the too low taste.

This outlet (Jaipuria Sunrise Plazza, Indirapuram) for sure will ruin the name and market of Chicago Pizza chain. I will report to Chicago Pizza as well about this outlet.

I ordered 1 choco lava cake, 1 La Onion, 1 La Pineapple Pizza.

The person who prepared the dish is Pathetic, who don't know how to cook.

Choco lava was like chocolate syrup poured above brown cake. All messy spilling out.

Both Pizzas delivered were like they were prepared hours ago and then delivered to me after putting it in oven...

DISGUSTING OUTLET!! They think customer is fool.

NOTE : SAME ORDER I PLACED 3-4 DAYS AGO FROM LOGIX CITY CENTER MALL AND THAT WAS REALLY VERY FRESH, AWESOME...
