I recently visited a restaurant and found the overall food quality to be okay, especially when it came to snacks and other items. However, what truly stood out were the sweets, which were of excellent quality. The variety of sweets was impressive, ranging from gulab jamun to dhokla fafda. Personally, I enjoyed the gulab jamun and chai the most – a delightful combination!

This place is quite suitable for kids and offers a pleasant dining experience for lunch and dinner. Although I haven't had the chance to try their dinner menu yet, the lunch options were satisfactory. The atmosphere is family-friendly, making it a good spot to bring children along for a meal.

While the snacks and other offerings might not be exceptional, the standout quality and variety of sweets make this restaurant worth a visit. If you're a fan of traditional sweets, you'll likely find something to enjoy here. I plan to return and explore more of their menu, especially the dinner options, to get a fuller sense of what they have to offer. Until then, I recommend giving their sweets a try!

First I entered in the store and they keeping all the assets which is used for fighting against covid 19, no body providing the hand sanatizer to the customer and after reaching at the cash counter They posted the menu on that place but no prices mentioned over their. Its totally confusing for an new customer after paying the amount of my food I ordered 2 pcs of paneer pakoda and one is daal kachori and one lassi, the starter was so cold and I go back to the counter and ask the serving person after paying a sufficient amount did I got this kind of food, he didn't say anything to me and take my food back which I had an single bite after taking its he touch that and said it's ok he didn't wearing the gloves after that he just make it worm and serve the same food to me. I love to eat at Bikaner wala cause some special attention would be giving to the customers and good food too, but I decided to never vist again this place its better I can eat on the road side local shop they serve the food in better manner. Absolutely shocking experience. I was served burnt bhatoora, and when I asked the waiter to replace it, he casually replied, “Maida khatam ho gaya hai.” Seriously? Is this a roadside dhaba or a so-called reputed brand like Bikanervala?

To make matters worse, when I went to the counter to complain, the staff there didn’t even bother to apologize. All I got was a dismissive “Ab kya kar sakte hain, maida khatam ho gaya.” No responsibility, no courtesy — just complete indifference.

This is unacceptable from a brand that claims to maintain standards. If you can’t serve basic food items properly or even acknowledge your mistakes, you shouldn’t be in the hospitality business. Never...
