Wait time is minimum 10 minutes here. Seating capacity is at ground floor as well as on the 1st floor. Self service is there. I still like the Crispy veg burger the most. Their sides option is a bit less and unattractive. They should add something similar to Mcpuff from Mcd. Usually not so much crowded, you'll easily get seat here. Located at "Major Mohit Sharma Rajendra Nagar" metro station, next to Bikanervala, there are other outlets here as well which includes Domino's, Nazeer's, Rolls King, Dosa Factory. Our experience is not good with this branch of Burger King. There is no action on the complains. Previous and current complains are attached but no one has taken action. Such things are spoiling the company image and reputation and giving a negative feedback. Burger Singh is right next to the store but if no improvements are done then customer will have no choice but to go for competitor store despite of the best taste food offered by BK. Unfortunately, our recent experience at Burger King was disappointing. We had to wait 30 minutes for our order, and when we checked in with the staff, they told us they could only provide half of our order in 20 minutes. The rest, they said, would take an additional 30 minutes because the fries were still "on the way."
