I had one of the worst experiences at DS Masala Dosa! 😡 After finishing my meal, the owner rudely told me to leave, saying, “Sitting in the restaurant after eating is not allowed!” 😳 What kind of restaurant treats customers like this?

I ordered Mysore Idlis, and honestly, they were nothing special—just overpriced and bland. 🤢 But the worst part? The washroom stinks 💨, hygiene is terrible, and the staff has zero manners!

Food is good, no doubt about that. But this branch's ambience and manager is not good. First of all they don't listen properly what the customer is asking.

Then the Air Conditioner in side of us was switched off. We asked to turn it on but he denied.

We changed our seat to sit in front of already turned on AC, but while we were having the food, the gentleman switched off the AC. When we asked him the reason, he started arguing, and turned it on later. So we finished up the food in a haste, and left from there.

This is the rare incident when the Manager itself doesn't care about their customer's experience. Never ever will visit this...
