CHULHA ON FIRE — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

The ambience is good and the food is tasty apart from this the restaurant is pure veg, so it's a great choice for the family gathering for vegetarians. 🙂🙂🙂

We celebrated the Birthday🎂 of my niece here and had a gathering of around 25 people. So, I've divided my experience into the parts below: 🙂

Cost: it cost around 12000 to us for gathering of around 25. So I think cost wise it is very effective and affordable when compared with other restaurants. ☺

Quality of food: we take some starters like panneer tikka, dahi ke shole, noodles, pepsi can, malai chaap etc and after that in dinner we we take, paneer labadaar, dal makhni and the staffed naan and the taste was awsome😋😋

Services: Services were good but I think it this area need some improvement and it could be more fast. 😅

Parking: The parking area should be improved and I think it must be increased as per the capacity of the restaurant, we face challange for parking cars of guests🙃🙂

Ambience: The ambience is good and it is very beautifully designed but I think 🤔🤔there is some renovation patches inside which were highlighted and degrading the looks of restaurant. So, this I think can be improved☺🙃

Music: the DJ 🎧👨‍🎤🎶 is inside the restaurant but I think there is lack of space of dance 💃🕺. So, a separate place should be there for dance 💃🕺 so, that guest can enjoy the food with dance🙂☺😊.

Located nicely. Finding Parking in the evening can be a problem. Well I celebrated my daughter's birthday here. The best part is their service and food quality. The taste of food is next level. The staff is very cooperative and down to earth. We had ordered paneer and daal makhni. The taste was really nice. Noodle, spring roll and honey chilli patato were also worth trying. Seating arrangements are also good and comfortable. Cake cutting can be done in their outside area without disturbing to others as well as to enjoy in better way.

However following issues I faced: Parking will be a difficulty to find in late evening. The billing person managing the account was not cooperative at all. I had no cash and asked him to pay more 200 for returning me in cash so that I could pay to staff. But He did not even exchanged 200 rs mentioning that he had no cash. A restaurant like this can't have 200 rs in cash is next to impossible. Further he had no courtesy of speaking in polite manner. The restroom were not maintained properly. One the washroom had no water for handwash and other was not clean. Last but not the least, no DISCOUNT. They do not offer discount even on big gathering while other big restaurants can be booked from any food app like easzdiner, district, swiggy offer upto 50% discount. So it's for sure, next time I would like to explore other restaurant offering discount with good brand name. The costing...

I'm Sorry but being a hotelier it's very easy for me to differentiate between a good or bad service. I visited this place on the occasion of karva chauth it was expected to get crowd here as this place was new but the kind of attitude we got from servers was not acceptable. I ordered Mojito but got Fresh Lime (this is how they were handling crowd)also the taste of Blue Lagoon was really bad I won't suggest anyone to have it from here and in the order of breads they misplaced it, we have to order one thing 3 times to get it. They didn't offered onions and mint chutney with Indian meal we needed to ask for water, they have no proper ventilation system all the smoke from kitchen was coming to resturant and making difficult for everyone to open eyes properly. Food was great 10/10✨ Service 1/10 Experience 3/10
