We recently visited "The walk". Here is our honest review:
We were asked to visit the 3rd floor. The lift smelled of too much food ( garlic ) that it immediately put us off.
In the dining area, we were only ones and it seemed that they had just opened up for the day ( we visited them around 1 pm ). The servers were spraying lots of room freshener on different tables and it didn't look good.
Food served was okay. We had asked the server to give us a circle (shape )pizza, but guess he didn't understand still gave us the square pizza. I don't think, taste wise, it would have mattered but still, you should listen to your customers. Their menu says (circle / square). The drinks were strictly okay.
While we had opted for Zomato gold 20% off offer, it was inadvertently booked for 2 instead of 4, but the restaurant still gave us 20% if we paid directly to them instead of Zomato. (The only good part )
The biggest disappointment : The server DENIED to serve regular water giving vague reasons that since it is a discounted table booking they will not serve us normal water. Instead they charged us 120 ₹ for a bottle of water which was not even 1 litre.
Even after all this, what's laughable is that the server asked us to rate them 5 stars so that he can click the photo of it and show it to their owner. Hence, I think Google shows high ratings. Seemed highly questionable practice.
They even charged 10 % " staff contribution" on the bill which I generally have no issues paying for, but this restaurant didn't deserved to get one.
Overall, do give this one a miss, lots of good...

Our recent visit was nothing short of frustrating. Despite the restaurant having multiple vacant floors, we were inexplicably directed to the terrace — a space that was severely overcrowded and uncomfortably congested. This completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening with family.
If a venue is unable to manage its guests properly, why accept reservations at all? It felt like basic courtesy and planning were completely absent.
To add to the disappointment, we were shocked to find service charges added to the bill — something that has been clearly deemed optional by the Supreme Court. When we politely raised this concern around 10:30 PM, the coordinator, Gaurav, was extremely rude and dismissive. When we requested the owner's contact information to address the issue properly, his response was, “Take it from Google.” Unacceptable behavior for a staff member dealing with customers.
It's disheartening that such an expensive restaurant in Ghaziabad offers such poor service, lack of basic management, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction.
I left the place feeling completely disgusted and disrespected. I genuinely hope regulatory bodies start taking stricter action against such restaurants. No one should have to go through this kind of experience, especially when...
Read moreHad a blissful experience at The Walk and they deserve full 5/5 for their marvellous food and amazing service. This lounge was spread over 4 floors with exclusive spaces for celebrations like B'day parties, kitty parties, intimate gatherings etc. The ambience of each floor is amazing, well lit and spacious. They also have a beautiful terrace for outdoor sitting and their Valentine’s terrace decorations will surely catch your eyes. We tried their Tandoori Non-veg and veg Platter. The non-veg platter had Chicken Afghani Tikka, Chicken Tikka, Fish Achari, Mutton Burra & Chicken Tangdi accompanied by mint chutney & masala onions. The Veg platter had Dahi kebab, Paneer Tikka, Tandoori Pineapple, Soyachaap & Mushrooms. Both the platters were lip smacking and beautifully presented. I also tried their Grilled fish in lemon sauce which was melt in the mouth soft, nicely charred on the outside and was accompanied by mash potatoes and sautéed vegetables. In shakes, we ordered Oreo shake and Cold Coffee which were very thick and creamy. Their staff was very friendly and readily helping us. Our server Aakash took great care of everything. I totally give thumbs up to this place. If you are looking for a place to visit with your family and friends in Ghaziabad, then this...
