KFC — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Today i visited with my family and order one large bucket which is of 779 rs and the tables are dirty all over the plates and trash , and than i take my order and had first bite of peri peri strip is ok but when i start eating crispy fried chicken its all bloody and smelly from inside ewww whats the quality and. The chest pieces are raw from inside with raw marination doesn't cooked properly when they gave me my order at reception they took my bill to confirm order item and didnt return to me they are using frozen and smelly chicken i ate that and suffered from food poisoning my wife ate did vomit 4 times while coming back home my 2 year old son eat some of that and i am worried about him he got loose motion by eating the chicken , shame on you what you are charging from customer's and what you are giving to them . Extremely disappointing experience at the KFC outlet in Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad (Plot No 118/4, Grand Trunk Rd). I placed an order through Swiggy at 10:00 PM, expected within 40 mins. Even after 1.5 hours, the food wasn’t picked up. On checking, I found out the KFC staff refused to hand over the food to the delivery agent, just because he arrived late. I personally spoke to the staff — he was arrogant, rude, and completely indifferent to the fact that a customer was waiting for over an hour. Even Swiggy customer care couldn’t convince him at first. Only after multiple escalations did he finally give the parcel — which arrived at 11:46 PM, cold and soggy. My child went to bed hungry due to this delay. The behavior of the staff was shocking and unacceptable. This kind of attitude completely tarnishes the reputation of a brand like KFC. I will be splitting this review in two parts-

Billing/Pricing: We ordered 1 Chicken roll meal and 1 Chicken longer meal, ₹149 each. After adding up, the total cost should be about ₹300 (including GST). But they gave me a bill of ₹413. I was told at the counter that the extra cost is due to 5% GST. How come 5% GST lead to extra ₹100? When they handed me the bill, it was written that they had charged ₹95 for the 2 small dips (₹47 each; each dip was literally equal in amount to a tomato sauce pouch of ₹2). They kept telling me it was GST, when it was due to dips. How come a dip cost this much? Superb lying there. YOU GUYS SHOULD GIVE AN OPTION IF WE WANT DIPS WITH MEALS OR NOT FOR GOD'S SAKE.

Food: Food was fresh and tasted good, I don't know why other reviews are complaining about the taste so much.

They should add some chairs on the ground floor as well as it is difficult to carry...
