I wanted to take the time to provide you with some feedback on my recent visit to your cafe. Unfortunately, the experience was not up to my expectations. I had made a reservation in advance, but upon arrival, we were told that we cannot have food inside the restaurant because you were full. This was quite disappointing as we had driven 15 km to get to your cafe and were expecting a pleasant dining experience.

In addition, I found that one of the coffee I ordered had less coffee and more ice than I would have preferred. Also, I found your pizza to be just okay- I had higher expectations from this place. To top it off, the suggestion of canceling our booking and going to another restaurant was not particularly helpful and seemed quite unprofessional.

Going forward, I would recommend that your team work towards a better understanding of the value of customers and work towards finding better solutions to difficult situations. I hope that you take this feedback into consideration.
