The staff is not at all courteous or interested in you if you are not ordering and want something else. The food came - the presentation is nowhere near what they portray on billboards or menu. I hoped the taste will make up for it. Surprise- the kebabs were 7/10 - I have eaten at the original Tundey Kababi. Bigger surprise - there was a LIVE INSECT between the kebabs. I called attention of the waiter who served me and he simply took the plate and went to the cook and stood there chatting. When I called him - he came and simply offered to replace the kebab. I could see they had this big "paraat" in which all kebab sat cooking and so I refused to have any more kebab. I saw the cook still serving kebab from the same "paraat" to other customers and went to the owner/manager to complain This guy seemed totally unperturbed on the news of insects being served with kebab. His attitude was more like - you can eat mutton - you can't eat insect ???
I came back disgusted- could not eat dinner that night. Decided to never go back to this place. And then it struck me - The shop can continue being like this as they only lost one customer.
