I Kunal choudhary visit in Domino's crossing republic ghaziabad with my family (28th September 2019) at 6:50 P.M. I order one paneer special pizza with extra cheese, three veg zingy parcel, and chicken wings with Pepsi . My order number was 198 . When I get my pizza it was not extra cheese I complained for the same to the cashier then he told it's our mistake he said u just take ur seat I'll send one of my executive to solve ur concern he send a boy his name was Rakesh he told yes sir it's not a extra cheese pizza but we not replace because u use 3slice of pizza and his way of talking is very rude and he moves there to give me a excuse that he discuss with his manger. After I complete my meal I again go to cash counter to share my concern then he told sir give me 5mins then I told him u please refund my extra cheese amount I no need extra pizza, Then Mr. Gaurav manger of the outlet comes and argue with me sir that pizza is extra cheese and we r not refunding u ur balance . And he continues argue with me in front of my family and Rakesh start lying in front of gaurav and change his statement that m not saying ''ki pizza ab change nhi hoga'' .......... Several time I visit in your outlet but this is very worst experience in Domino's in my whole life I never ever visit in Domino's crossing republic because the staff behavior was very poor they give me a warning the whole staff is not attending u. At the end after a lots of arguments he gave me amount 50 RS in a very rude way.ur staff wasnot professional n not trained so well..they need a well training how to behave with...

Dominos Pizza in Ghaziabad is extremely bad and awful- AVOID DOMINOS ! After visiting this Dominos Pizza restaurant, one might stop eating Pizza at any Dominos. Can you ever imagine that the pizza slice breaks into pieces before you take a bite? There is No Quality Pizza anymore. It’s just an expensive tasteless dough, which is so pathetically baked. Can you ever imagine having Pizza at an international pizza restaurant amidst the scores of house flies and they hop around on your food!! The tables are dirty and not cleaned! Above all the food is handled and processed by the same guy handling the reception and billing, with no gloves, no mask, no cap!! The air curtains are non functional and the entrance door is in bad state giving it a bad looks! Now the practice- they had posters mentioning’Free Cold drink’ with every Loaded Pizza, but on billing you realize that you hve been cheated and tricked into by false and misleading advertising as they refuse to give you a complimentary cold drink ! The store is full of dust, debris and dirty floors. The ACs are so full of dirty layer of dust that it looks so awful and awkward! The Organo and Chilli Flake containers are so dirty and filthy. I recently ordered a pizza for home delivery from your store, and it was extremely disappointing. The pizza was completely raw, had no cheese, and looked stale. When I called the store to report this, the staff was extremely rude. A person named Rohit Badwa misbehaved on the call and refused to replace the pizza.

I informed him that I would visit the store for a replacement, but he bluntly refused, saying that since I had complained online, their incentive was affected, so they would not replace it. This is completely unacceptable. What about the ₹450 I paid for a pizza that was inedible? Instead of addressing my concern, the staff was only worried about their incentive.

This kind of behavior is shocking and highly unprofessional. As a loyal Domino’s customer, I expect better service and proper training for your staff on how to handle customer complaints respectfully. I request an immediate resolution—either a refund or a proper replacement of my order. I hope Domino’s takes strict action to ensure such incidents don’t happen again.
