I didn't feel so good after visiting this place and having my evening snacks with tea. The first put off at the billing counter was non acceptance of mo ey by PayTm or other eWallets like MobiKwik. While I tried to make payment by NFC, the POS machine didn't accept. The second put off was that they have different billings for snacks, sweets and drinks and they insist on paying all differently instead of one consolidated payment for all your bills. That's so irritating. The third put off was that the ground floor was stuffy with AC hardly having any effect. The fourth put off was the drinks we ordered- lemon soda and tea had to be gotten from upstairs. I told all these things to the restaurant manager. Asked him to streamline flow of customers in a systematic manner rather than haphazardly to first pay and get drinks and sweets and in other case get coupons first, go to the billing counter to pay and then come back to the service counter to wait for your order to be served. And the last penultimate wax the food also was nothing great to write home about. Just like any other Haldiram joint but with worse services. Recommended not to be visited to waste your money and time. There are much better options located adjacenctly like CCD. Would make better sense to go in for Bikagne Biryani or Pind Balluchi. Yesterday i visited there with some our family and friends and decided that will never visit again. due to the following reasons ,  Absolutely pathetic

The service is very poor : Only one cash counter was opened and denied to take hard cash, accepting only digital payment . I ever experienced from any restaurant,The service is pathetic and not enough staff. even after complaining the same to restuarant manager there was no proper response... really pathetic I can say it is good services in local dhaba. We had to wait a more than 60 minutes for preparation of food for 8 people. We had ordered for 8 people under one bill but the food was started delivering one by one after gap of around 10 minutes each items, i mean second item will serve after eating of first item, I noticed the restaurant was practically empty around 80% at that Time.

All food was served cold after several reminder

The quality of food is not as per the regular standard maintained at other Haldiram outlets.

When i was trying to cancel my order but they were not ready for that.

staff behaviour was not up to the mark.

Hopeless. Worst Experience. Lack of words lack of commitment . Cant trust. Spoiled my day😢unprofessional
