KFC — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Don’t oder at kfc Vashundhra restaurant or oder online plz don’t even visit Read all the Reviews what people have experienced before going this place. This issue of this particular restaurant and staff are behaving like they are owning this place nd owner of restaurant and doing mercy on customers by working at the restaurant even manager also have same kind attitude towards customers.

this I have ordered multiple of foods apart burger nothing was delivered was fresh there was much of very bed smell in rice bowl that 1 smoke chicken leg piece was also rotten and bed smelling even after taking a bite I wasn’t able to chewy nd swallow that’s why I have took the photo of that as proof and I’ll posted on social media and now come to at chicken box it this is also had same experience piece testing completely rotten which ruined my whole mood of eating and I have to throw it away I want put a complaint on restaurant and management of kfc for what kind of food quality you people are serving I am really disappointed still I can feel that rotten test and bell smell even after several wash of my mouth. I want my money back and I don’t want ever again eat anything from kfc...

Horrific is least I can say about my Experience on my online experience at KFC app. Executives their are rude and not ready to listen and misinform customers.. Issues are: 1..There is tab to call but call land to someone who ask for city and then shows inability to help then they transfer call again.. what the fun is sharing that no. Then it lands to someplace which is team of highly unprofessional executive who take pride in misinforming customers. You can check my todays call where executive say wait for 10 min for deliver and 10 min never ends. Gives contact no. Of store and those no. Does not exist. Confirm order got cancell without cancelling it and refuse to listen problem. Why are these jokers are sitting there.

And at the last after 3 hours of placing order, I have to visit store for cancellation of order which could have been done online..

Entire experience was like dealing with Gangs of Waasseypur..

Had the worst experience ordering food from this KFC outlet, they sent us severely dangerous and undercooked chicken despite us kindly requesting them to send us fresh food while ordering and when I reported it, the staff was highly unprofessional and spoke in a very rude tone. They completely denied accepting their mistake, disconnected the call on my face twice and apparently the shift manager Navneet said that he found this horrible chicken appetising when I sent him the photos. He was very dismissive and unapologetic of the concern raised and said, “Photo kheechne par toh aisi hi aayegi na.” The staff at this outlet has been extremely rude, unprofessional and refuse to accept their mistake despite the food being so undercooked that there’s a huge risk of us falling sick. Did not expect this at all from a reputable food chain like KFC! Never ordering from KFC ever again! Wasted my time and money and they refused to process a...
