Nazeer Foods — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

This is my 3rd visit. I am a foodie and like the non-veg. There is no other place to eat a Mughlai, so I have to go to this place. It's getting worst day by day. First they will not serve you on time and after this when I received the points the staff did not know about the point system and randomly say I cannot redeem until the point will go beyond 200! Later when I check with customer care, even customer care don't know!!! How funny it was! And while talking on my mobile the staff heard and then show me the whole chart where it mentioned the point system!! Very pathetic and disappointed. I know the company does not care about these reviews but if they care then please take care of your outlet service...

These guys didn't deserve this one star also... They wasted my one hour, only for two chicken rolls.. AND when I asked them, where is my food.. They simply ignore or just say 'Sir 5 minutes' They serve the food to them ... Who came after 10-15 minutes later from me... The guy is dying of hunger and waiting for food... And these guys are chilling their own company.. Very pathetic experience..... Recommend to never think about this restaurant... They didn't even refund... And just...
