La Pino’z Pizza — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

One of my all time worst experiences of ordering pizza at night. I ordered 24 pizzas. The crust was absolutely unbearable and the taste kept on downgrading until we could not eat anymore. We called the manager who told us not to expect anything from a 70-110rs pizza. Such words from a brand like LaPinoz are unacceptable. They did not wish to take any sort of feedback. We sent them photos of leftover crust and their excuse was that half of the pizzas that we could not gather had been eaten.. And that they make pizzas all the time. Haven't been more embarrassed on my birthday. Moreover, was left baffled by the illogical response from the management. I repeat this statement once again "What else do you expect from a pizzas ranging from Rs 70-100. A normal street vendor sells better pizza than this. Won't recommend anyone to order their pizzas at night... Not even if its the last option.. You ll regret it... Quality was horrible...And absolutely no regards to costumer feedback revealed how barely they have cared about any issues.No wonder dominos is way ahead. My bad luck they close early! The picture below is nothing but the residue we collected. What else can you expect from a 70rs...

The pizza was dry and seemed as if it was not freshly baked. The crust was crumbly and the pizza was dry. I personally visited the store to complain about the same, wherein staff claimed that it was due to zomato's handling process. Zomato claims to have delivered the pizza in less than an hour but the store claims that Zomato is responsible for poor handling.

Its arduous for me to comprehend that even if we assume delivery time to be that of 60 minutes, the crust cannot go crumbly, unless the pizza base was stale or pizza was pre-cooked and stored.

The store manager went a step ahead and claimed that it was a thin crust pizza and it was a contributing factor. To my amazement, I never ordered a thin crust and even on the restaurant menu it fails to mention that it is a thin crust pizza. It was only an attempt by the store owner to waive off any liability as it was not a thin crust...

Honestly, I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve ever had. The pizza arrived over an hour late with no updates, no apology, and no explanation. When it finally showed up, it was completely cold — not even slightly warm. It felt like it had been sitting around for ages before someone decided to bring it over.

Cold, soggy, and honestly disgusting — I wouldn't serve that to anyone, let alone call it a fresh delivery. Reheating it at home just made it worse. What exactly am I paying for here? Because it definitely wasn't quality food or service.
