Been going here since the branch opened, now some new manager is her called Ankit gaur be careful with his attitude, first they didn't tell me it would take extra time for a burger after payment the cashier told it will take more than 4 mins hello McDonald's aren't you a fast food service?

Then I asked the cashier to give something that can be made fast and the information should have been passed before confirming the payment. Which they didnt. The Manager Mr. Ankit Gaur comes to me and says it takes 3-4 mins for all burgers. Ok let's take it even though we all know for simple burgers it takes 1min or 2mins at Max but the question is why didn't you inform before?

They seemed not to care of that and said we can only give in 4minutes. Ok Mr. Manager place it let the order remain as it is. Guess what happens the order is in front in just 20secs. How?

And instead of saying we are sorry for not informing you the detail could you please accept and we will try our best to make it the fastest and happily serve you I got this attitude filled reply with no issues...

As a foodchain macd is good But this particular outlet seems bad at service. Most of times all bill counter are not working even on weekends leading to large queues- which definitely can be avoided in case all bill counter function.

Plus they are too slow to clean up the tables as soon as guests leave even inpeak hours. I understand it's tolerable in happy hours but not in peak hours when people have to sit on tables with leftovers from previous guest and again n again request for table cleaning. It kills the eating experience with children it's even more Unhygienic!

I hope they improve as it is one of the earliest Mac d in locality .Else people will move over to mahagun, indrapuram or...
