WORST CAKE FROM Mkoc My kind of cakes.....

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering a birthday cake for a party from Mkoc My kind of cakes. I must say, I was utterly disappointed with the taste of the cake. It was nothing short of a disaster.

First and foremost, the flavor was completely off. I had requested a classic cake, but what I received was far from that. The cake had a strange artificial taste, leaving a lingering chemical aftertaste in my mouth. It was evident that the ingredients used were of poor quality, lacking any natural flavors or freshness. It definitely did not live up to the promised taste.

Furthermore, the texture of the cake was dry and crumbly. It felt as if it had been sitting out for far too long, losing any hint of moisture it may have had. The frosting was equally disappointing, as it was excessively sugary and had an unpleasant greasy texture. It completely overwhelmed the cake and only added to the overall disappointment.

The presentation of the cake was also subpar. While I understand that appearance isn't everything, the cake looked hastily decorated and lacked the finesse one would expect from a professional bakery. It was as if minimal effort had been put into making it visually appealing, which further added to the disappointment of the taste.

Considering the importance of a birthday cake in any celebration, I expected so much more from Mkoc My kind of cakes. It was disheartening to see that they fell short in every aspect. The taste, texture, and presentation were all major letdowns, making it an unpleasant experience for everyone at the party.

Moreover, the customer service I received from the bakery was less than satisfactory. When I called to express my disappointment, the staff seemed unapologetic and dismissive. They offered no resolution or any form of compensation for the poor quality cake they had delivered.

In conclusion, I cannot recommend Mkoc My kind of cakes based on my experience. The taste of the birthday cake was far from enjoyable, and it was an overall disappointment for everyone involved. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for a bakery that can deliver on their promises of delicious and well-crafted cakes.

BE CAREFUL WITH THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT GOOD AT...

I ordered a retirement cake for my dad. I made sure that the outcome should be perfect as it was a huge party from my side for my dad. Many people were to come and celebrate. Sparsh the owner made me very comfortable by drawing the cake infront of me and making a stencil and explaining everything also by showing from various designs. I was so curious to know as what would it exactly come so sparsh was connected with me on whatsapp and he also sent me the overall design before 2 hours from when the party started. After I received the cake. Each and every person praised for the designing as well as tye taste as sparsh guided me to take their exotic fruits cake which went out the best and literally 6 kgs cake was over within 20-25 mins. I would definitely take a bigger cake as it was so tasty which everyone said and praised. All thanks to sparsh and team for really making my dad's retirement...

We took an Elsa themed cake from mkoc ( fruit flavoured ) which is highly recommended by them and tastes the best. The owner told us the theme and confirmed us that it would be the best cake made by them till past history and we agreed to it and ordered . Each and every person in our party tasted and asked about the cake it was so tasty and attractive. Definately it looked the best cake was made by mkoc till yet . They delivered it to us on time at ornate palace . It was so beautifully decorated that even the owners of the place where the party was held took pictures of the cake and decor. All thanks to SPARSH for providing us with the best of the best. Would definitely recommend everyone to take cakes from this guy infact his work speaks by itself.
