Bigboyzlounge RDC — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Yesterday I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and the device was slow after giving order I received my first order after 40 min and i ordered French fries and that was 160 rupees and the quantity was so disappointing they litarelly gave us around 20 pecies of fries and they were not at all seasoned and pizza was also not good I just wasted my 700 rupees on that food item and before leaving one of the manager or waiter came and was convincing us to rate their restaurant five star but we left I swear I will never came against into this restaurant . They should improve their quality of food and service. To me fries was the most disappointing part they were literally dripping oil and not worth the price for me sandwidges fries are better and they are worth the price after spending this much I went to anathor restaurant and i was so much pissed If you are planning to go to this restaurant pls don't go it's not worth the money. And i am pretty sure these five star rating of other customer are fake to increase their rating don't trust these five star reviews beware from these...

We booked Mashaya's terrace for our daughter's 1st birthday party. At the time of booking (15 days prior) manager was decent and cooperative. On the party day, it was all messed up by restaurant guys. Feedback: Very very slow service Manager who booked (Mr. Parik) was out of sight and reach All the menu items we choosed were not served even onced Staff (waiters) were available in number and nobody doing anything (they were just watching) We had to serve most of our stuff on our own to our guests (spoon, bowl, fork, etc) Water and cold drink were served in very low quality disposable cups Last but not the least (in the end when our family even did not started dinner, these ppl came with a group of around 25 guests and gave a space to them in our private party space saying Sir thoda manage karlo plz. Went along with family for the first time to this restaurant for dinner on Valentine's day. The makeshift restaurant was done on 1st floor as they had taken a function on the ground floor actual restaurant place. The ambience was bad as they had dirty walls, wall glasses and dim lightings. Even the furniture was dusty. The place was crowded being Sunday and valentine day night. The food was average and service was worst. Quality of Indian breads was pathetic and we waited every time for Indian breads and they came thick, raw at places and black on the edges. In every way it ruined our experience and no one came to see us how we felt. A lot of better options nearby, should be skipped for better food & services. Definitely we are not coming back again...
