Urban Punjab — Restaurant in Ghaziabad

Though I was thinking that this restaurant is more professional & hygienic with good quality food. But it is not so. Placed an order of dry chilly paneer today, but the delivered item was chilly paneer with gravy. I asked to change the food & to provide dry chilli paneer, as ordered. Before providing the ordered dish, first the delivery boy came to collect the wrong order (chiilli paneer with gravy) and after 10 minutes delivered the same item after removing only gravy. No taste.. and paneer was very low quality & we were compelled to throw it.. No ethics, no professionalism when i am their regular customer... Unlikely that i will order...

Heard a-lot about urban punjab, vasundhara’s quality food but, when ordered I found it pretty below standard. We ordered tandoori chilly chaap and rumaly roti and paid rs 307 for same.
