WORST WORST WORST !!!! We had our daughter's first Birthday celebrated here on 13th July 24 and experience was hell of a Nightmare while dealing with these guys.

pros are none, so starting with cons:

After booking your event , the event will be managed by someone else and the complete team is not in sync. I asked for Car entry , also we discussed CART entry doesn't seem nice so we will opt for CAR entry. The dealing person said yea that is fine we can choose anything. On the day of event at the time of entry they presented cart and said they dont have Car entry planned and started conveying that it was not highlighted and written. BAD EXPERIENCE

Anyway opted for smoke theme also , the organiser himself started putting smoke pots just in the middle of party and said wait let me fire it and then start walking. That was hilarious and embarrassing too at the same time. It should have been set in prior and during the act someone from background clicks the button. Totally cheap product used.

At the visit they showed us the disco light and pitched on the fact that it will serve as a mini disc and guests can enjoy dance and it'll look good.BUT, during the event that rotating disc light never turned on even after several follow ups. They failed to start it . Bad experience and no pre-checks by team.

Few of my family members arrived on time and then after and hour i reached with my family. Then i got to know that snacks were never served to them till then. They started snacks after 40 minutes of my arrival. Booking was from 7 pm but they started snacks from 8:40 pm. I had to enjoy my moment with my family which they wasted in making followups with them.

Their decoration person is pathetic, i asked for a welcome cutout and in printing he wrote welcome to the birthday CELIBRITATION . Yes. the worst mistake they could do in the milestone based event which got recorded in videos and photos too. Another letdown. Infinity thumbs down fir this.

My guests and I were having dinner and got to know they are finished with soft drink. Woahh !!! how they hell that can happen when i booked party for 50 persons and only 35-38 guests were there.

They will try to get 100% payment even by several mistake right in middle of event knowing the fact that you'll pay them what they ask for because you will be under pressure of managing their mess and attending guests keeping a thought in background that ALRIGHT ! NEVER LOOK BACK AGAIN TO HAVE ANY EVENT PLANNED WITH...

So we booked vibe and dine for a reception gathering a month ago. During the booking Saurabh was very pleasant and he promised us a lot of things with a very promising smile that everything will be managed however on the day of function there were a lot of gaps. He mentioned that he will give us the terrace area with bonfire he will also arrange gun shot at the time of cake cutting but these things were missing and surprisingly they didnt even considered informing us beforehand that these arrangements cannot be done rather when we were cutting the cake they came to us and mention sorry we cant provide the gunshots in middle of a function where we were helpless and cannot react still we cooperated there and thought that such gaps can happen however the major trouble was the behavior after some point of time. The snacks were not served to all the guests and after sometime we had to search for the managers and ask them to serve the guests properly secondly one of the guests had a child of 2 years old and he was not well and accidently he puked in one of the couches but the host specifically Rajat made sure that even before having dinner we pay extra amount to them because a child vomited on a couch. They were not even letting us have food without paying the amount. It was very humiliating and a very big sign for all the parents who plan to get their kids in this restaurant or book them for bday parties that if in case your child is not well then they might ask you to pay even for that. Then when we started our dinner as the host we should have been served by the waiters and overlook that if the food is warm enough the waiters were unaware how to do their job and moreover Sourabh and Rajat both the owners were downstairs having drinks not at all bothered about if the party is being managed completely. The main task for them was to get the money, as soon as they took the money they went downstairs and started drinking that is how the hospitality of Vibe and dine is and you should think thrice before booking them. I recently Celebrated my Daughter's First Birthday. Overall Experience is Good. Food was Average, decoration was Good.

Few Points which I learnt from this event : Always double confirm your Booking Menu and Price when you finalize. I will take a Written Consent in Future when ever I plan any event like this so that there is no Scope of any Confusion.

Always Count your Total members manually before making final payment because later no one will entertain it. What ever you finalize, just check it once name by name, don't just go on total count.

I paid for 59 Guests whereas only 53 members attended the Function. I shared list wise details next day, but since you made the payment, it's non refundable. Although the owner provided me a Family Dinner as a good Gesture, but money will not be refunded and I ended up paying extra for 6 Members.

Staff behaviour was good, Camera man was good, games Coordinator was also good.
