Aamantran Classic Hyderabadi Biryani prime kitchen — Restaurant in Goa

I ordered Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani and Prawns Biryani via Zomato, but after waiting for 25 minutes, my order was abruptly canceled. When I called the restaurant, the person at reception simply told me to request a refund without offering any solution.

Since the restaurant's pamphlet/menu mentioned free home delivery, I even requested them to deliver the food to my home (just 1 km away) and offered to pay delivery charges if needed. However, I was told they couldn’t fulfill the order due to the unavailability of their delivery person and to proceed with the refund.

This is extremely unprofessional. Making a customer wait and then canceling without prior communication is unacceptable. Please improve your coordination and customer service to avoid disappointing...

I ordered veg Dum biriyani and gobi65 from zomato, zomato delivery boy reached to restaurant but restaurant not preparing the order 1hr over still not prepared, very worst service from restaurant, and I also called to restaurant they told me call to zomato......, if u can't prepare this order but why u accepting the order , very worst service from restaurant side..... dear people don't order from worst...

We had ordered chicken family combo, was not even OK, Biryani & chicken curry was stale, it was cold, dried, tasted different. Had to throw away.....

Money, mood, hunger all wasted.......

I don't understand why these people thinks that we don't know what fresh food smells, tastes & feels like, they think they can fool us.

If you want to spoil your health and waste money...
