Worst treatment for guests........just asked is there fish fresh or not........the owner gets angry & started shouting.......although the above question is very common for sea food restaurents.......the owner said "fish caught in goa is not available in restaurents of goa, get out from my hotel & i have no patience etc"

I dont know if you dont want to respect tourists then why you are running such type of business......my native place is in konkan too.......so i know about sea food very well.......this question i have asked in many reataurents of mumbai & authentic malvani restaurents like chaitnya (which is very famous sea food resturent in dadar, mumbai).........i have never seen hotel owner like him who is very arrogant & egostic........pls dont go to this restaurent otherwise be preapre to insult yourself.........many options are available in this region.........

Read moreI have been to this place a couple times to have ghee roast, but I hadn't realised that it is the oldest haunt in Ponda - until a Goan friend of mine with whom I went to grab breakfast stated the fact. The walls are filled with frames of an age long gone by - photographs of Goa, prints of Mario Miranda, and faces I do not recognize. Obviously the space has been tinted to suit our times - nevertheless, it still stands to tell the story of this remote town and its residents.

Tried baby corn and paneer chili and triple rice. These items were average but later figured out they have south Indian, goan and other Indian items. Deserves another try. Pretty under rated...
