The stay was not good. Not at all worth the price. Almost everything had issues. The property is not accessible. We had to get down around 200 meters away and walk by foot to get to it. The room was not properly built. The wooden cottage had lot of cracks. The AC wasnt working at all. Even after hours, it could not bring the temperature below 27 degrees. Even after repeated complaints it wasn't fixed. The bathroom had drainage issue. We took a shower and then all the dirty water just stayed there. The bathroom is not properly aligned, water wasnt flowing to the drain. We had to use the washroom full of water the entire day. Again after complaints it wasn't fixed and no room replacement was provided. The windows were so jammed it took all of my power to open or close it. The breakfast was disappointing. Very limited options and totally tasteless. We just skipped the breakfast one day as we didn't even feel like eating it despite paying for it. The kitchen is disappointing as well. Taste was just average. My wife was sick. I categorically told them to make the food very simple and no chilly and that it is fpr a sick person. The food was full of chillies. Even for a normal person. On asking, they just said that the chef said it wont taste spicy. I asked for chapati, they confirmed. Then without information brought tandoori roti. Later said we dont serve chapati. Even the dal we asked for non spicy again it was very spicy. They just dont know how to follow basic instruction. They force you to buy water. They only provided 2 half liter water bottles for 2 people. Thats 500ml of water per day. How can anyone survive with 500 ml water a day. When asked about giving water in jugs, they denied that its not allowed. You need to buy water. We were dumbstruck. Its literally forcing to pay for drinking water. Since when does this start happening in India. The only good thing is location. Its by the beach. But again there are lots of hotels on the beachside. And cheaper. We changed after 3 days to another hotel. Much cheaper and much better rooms with same access to the beach. I would advise to avoid this especially at...
