Food 4/5 *Good food but no value for money.

Place 1/5 Looks bright in nights due to nice lights It's not the best ambience they had the mosquito coil burnt so it had the smoke every for the pricing they had very poor furniture it's all plastic and not comfortable. NO MUSIC

Staff 1/5 *No one at the door to receive at least when we went all the bearers are sitting and chatting as a group, when we went they all went to their places.

bearers look at each other and have slot of communication going regarding customers.

staff are unfriendly, when asked for suggestions they are clue less, it's like they are scared if the customer will like it or not.

owner who sits near the bar may be drunk and uses abusive language to the customers.

Billing If you are paying through card then you have to walk to the bar and pay.

I wonder why they can't bring the machine to the customer.

It's not worth the money you may pay but sometimes it doesn't matter if you are drunk and don't know the difference.

I am doing this review after two visits(you may read more detailed) and that will be my last visit.

On 17th September

My friend and I walked in, as its close to the hotel we were staying.

And ordered food and drinks though we felt it was not worth the price we paid we were content that we tried something different as we are from outside Goa.

On 18th September

My friend and I walked in around 10:30 and got the menu.

My friend who is a foodie he was really looking at the menu and couldn't really make a decision.

He requested bearer few more mins. After two mins a different bearer comes and says 'order Karo', we were irritated with that gesture and suddenly another dude who appeared to be the owner of the place says,

Ganta se baito, order karo, bhehen chod.

Of course we hardly there for even ten mins when I defended that shall we stay or go, he said GO.

So you know what it means.

Go near the beach there are some good places.

To the owners of the place :

A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption on our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider on our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us an opportunity to do so.

Absolutely horrible experience.

We ordered food, this waiter did not repeat our orders and walked away. He came without the veg dish we ordered. When we surfaced this, he said it's your fault you didn't order. He was extremely rude and kept saying we never ordered. We said you didn't note it nor repeat. When we suggested that he didn't hear it, he was trying to argue. He went ahead and told us he will get it in 2 min, and they got some half cooked dish.

Most of the food we ordered, it was not cooked properly.

We tried talking to the manager, no one came. We called the number provided, and this guy sitting on the table answered, I asked him to please come to the table, he did not budge.

We went to them, and they said it's our problem and started talking to us without making any eye contact, they said terrible things to us.

The name of the person is Mahesh, unsure what the waiter's name is.

The other staff were really nice.

Hope they understand and change the way they treat...

The 3 stars is purely for the food. We had gone for dinner on a Tuesday night. We got our Butter Garlic Prawns, Prawn Soup and drinks all at the same time. The soup was okay and butter garlic prawns good. We ended the meal with ice cream scoops- please don't make this mistake, the ice cream is very old and icy, doesn't taste good at all! The service leaves alot wanting... The person who took our order just kept hovering at the table even though we said we didn't want anything. We were forced to say yes to get the bill as he came and asked us for it atleast thrice. And while eating the ice cream they came and asked for the bill thrice! And then he just stood near the table while we were eating our ice cream till we didn't pay! And all this is at 11pm! The owner over call had said they shut at 12am and last order is at 11:30pm then why this force for the money? Made me feel like they didn't trust us to pay!

Ruined my entire night and the delicious prawn...
