Cool 'n' Spice — Restaurant in Goa

The place appears really run down and out of date, the food took an eternity to arrive and when it did it was way below par. The place is being manned by one waiter and kudos to him for being on top of things at best. The poor guy seemed overworked and was running from table to table to try and serve people. We ordered Chicken Vindaloo and it had three pieces of chicken in it and the rest of it was some weird type of vegetable to try and compensate for the lack of chicken in the dish. I have always been a fan of cool n spice's food and often used to visit the margao branch and finally they opened up in ponda. So I visited this one with a bunch of friends one afternoon and we were not disappointed. They have the same flavourful taste and the service is also good. The pan fry chicken is a must try!! The reason behind me giving a four star ⭐ and not 5 is bcoz of lack of staff..the server(waiter) tried his level best to provide us an just okay service,not his fault though..they have merged them self with cloud kitchen (swiggy) due to pandemic situation but now they are not able to concentrate on walkin customer as kitchen is totally engaged serving parcel food orders ...we ordered Hyderabadhi chicken,naan paratha, n chic biryani..we didn't appreciate the biryani as our expectations we raised from last time visit ... overall I would visit it again once everything is back...
