I had a horrible experience recently. I wish I could write this review with no star whatsoever.
We placed an order at 9:15 pm and waited for order. Almost nearing to an hour tried calling store for update and phone was not reachable. After calling around 10 times called Domino’s customer care. The agent on call put us on hold for 10 mins and said delivery guy is waiting at store order will be there within 10-15 mins, as it’s busy and peak time and store is very busy. As we asked him to connect to store he again put us on hold.. with long discussing and hold, I reached to store myself at 11 pm while customer service agent was on call. On entering the store, there was no one in store not a single customer and staff chit chatting on questioning the manager said he wants to speak to customer service agent, and asked him why is he giving fake information that the delivery guy is waiting. I asked him where is our order as it’s 11 past and children waiting for pizza back home do not want it anymore. He said the pizza as still being backed. After further discussions asked him to return my money and I’ll leave he handed over our order and said will return ur money on account. Which I told him I’m sure they will not. I was frustrated so left from there on returning home realised he gave us wrong order and now the store was also called. Customer service agent was still on call and we mentioned this while thing to him and asked him to raise a complaint which he refused.
Till I was there there was no delivery person at all in store, my order was orders ti be delivered but I picked it myself as it was 2 hours.
No refund was given and the manager was not answering my call thereafter.
In whole a very bad experience, the order we received was also horrible as they just cut while pieces on red chillies whole pizza was filled with reed chiles (pepper should be bell peppers) not red chillies n not totally covered. Dominos being a chain I always liked to enjoy, I will never enter in this chain again and recommend people especially with kids should not visit this outlet and stop eating in Domino’s Pizza as the food whole team of Domino’s (outlet and service Center) do not value customers at all.

If the company has a policy of giving ‘Worst Employee of the Company Award’ then Mr Mahesh who is the manager of the store would take it everytime. He can manage to not deliver your pizza three times in a row. Rude, Unprofessional , Not Polite, Carry’s a I don’t care attitude with pride. His staff comes to deliver the pizza at your door step after 1hr 30mins and then tell the customer that the pizza is cold I know your address now so will get you a hot one in 30mins. The other one has the attitude to say that you should have ordered from other store instead of Vasco store so please cancel your order from customers end. The 3rd one delivered the pizza on the app right at 28th min being 4km away from the actual location. The fear of ordering from this place as build up. If you are ordering from here make sure you have enough food and water with you for the waiting period trust me you will need it because
A. The pizza is not reaching you before 1hr 30mins
B. You will spend 30mins giving directions to the delivery person (please note he new here and has joined work just the same day so he has no clue of what Google Map is).
C. You will see the delivery person taking a U-Turn at your location to get you fresh hot pizza.

Read moreFraud outlet. After looking at all posts i feels like Dominos is cheating their customers (atleast this outlet). I faced late delivery on 11th Dec and that too wrong. Order was marked delivered before delivery. And because it was wrong we sent it back. But the order was not refunded nor was redelivered even the next day as promised. I wrote to domninos customer care on 13th Dec. Ecxept for a reply saying that the complaint is forwarded to concerned department, there is no response or refund yet from Dominos till today (18th Dec). Totally unprofessional behaivior from both Store amd Dominos on this.
I see a similar feedback from many cusotmers. Looks like a scam or fraud. Dont waste your money and time.
Updates after 6 days:
Did what was mentioned in the reply, but after 6 days still no refund nor a solution. The same person who has been a jerk from day 1 keeps calling againt each new ticket. Dont know how escalate further. Totally useless...
