I would like to give some suggestions about this place. Today on 19th Feb 2025 at 12.15 pm I arrived at the outlet of Dominos which is located at Verna Goa. The moment I entered there was no one on counter so I saw an dominos employee and said could you please take my order and she was like it will take time (time lagega ap phone se order karo) which means it will take time you order from your phone and I was like no I would like to order here itself if it takes time I’ll wait. Then after waiting for 20min I asked her now at least take the Order. And she replies I told you prior only it will take time you order from phone . And we can’t take your order here as I am busy. She was so rude. Then having no option I ordered from my dominos app . Then later I asked her please give me feedback email id of dominos india and she replies (aisa kuch nahi hota he) meaning there is nothing called as feedback email id. Read moreThe wait time was excessively long, I have ordered for more than 5-6 times and each time I got disappointed the delivery have reached in more then 1hour late or sometime they even cancel order after making me wait for 2n hlf hour. Atlst th staff should have informed for the delay but the staff seemed unorganized, with the order being forgotten and then messed up.The representative was dismissive of my concerns and raised his voice act rude when I asked for clarification.The dish was cold and the ingredients tasted stale.I suggest implementing a system for tracking order progress to avoid delays and ensure accuracy Consider providing customer service training to help staff better address customer concerns.I recommend sourcing fresher ingredients and ensuring that food is prepared and served at the correct temperature. Read moreTerrible experience! We were en route the airport and stopped by dominos to have a quick bite. Ordered for garlic bread with cheesy dip and a veg parcel. Found a hair in the veg parcel. Reported the same to the woman at the counter, she didn’t even apologize and said they’d replace it. Waited for 10 mins, the waiter brought a non veg parcel and gave us, after returning that, they started making the veg parcel again. We had a flight to catch and had to head to the airport and these people kept us waiting saying it would only take a couple of mins. I tried calling that counter woman from the kitchen, and she turned a deaf ear against me. When I started to complain, she said she would refund the money and handed me the cash - again, no apology whatsoever. Is this how you treat customers - dominos? Been a customer of dominos for almost 10 years. This is a pathetic customer experience. Gonna reconsider a thousand times before ordering...
