I recently visited the new Domino’s outlet in Aquem, and while the place has a lot of potential, there are a few areas that need improvement. We’ve been ordering from their app for months, but decided to dine in this time, as their online store was down. The interiors are nice, and there’s good parking space for bikes, though limited parking for cars.
The service was quick, and our pizzas were ready in about 15 minutes. We ordered two veg pizzas and tacos, and I have to say, everything tasted great!
However, there were a few concerns. The staff seemed to lack basic customer service skills, and the overall cleanliness of the area raised hygiene questions. To make matters worse, the staff inside was constantly shouting and making fun of each other in a very loud manner, which became unbearable at one point.
I believe this outlet has great potential, but there’s a serious need for senior management oversight to ensure that both the quality of service and hygiene are maintained. I hope they address these issues soon, as the food itself is good and the place has a...

The ambiance was just okay, nothing special, but what really spoiled the visit was the staff's attitude. They lacked basic etiquette and came across as arrogant. Instead of being welcoming, they behaved as though they were doing the customers a favor. Even the person at the billing counter was rude, which left a bad impression.
Good food alone can't make up for poor service. It’s unfortunate because this place has potential, but the staff's behavior really needs improvement. Wouldn’t recommend unless the management...
Read moreVisited Domino’s recently and went for only veg options that day. Sadly, it wasn’t a great experience. One of the pizzas had a really weird tasting sauce it didn’t feel like their usual, almost like some random store-bought one. The other pizza was okay. Tried the veg tacos too, but they weren’t impressive. I usually enjoy their chicken tacos more.
The classic stuffed garlic bread looked good and had cheese, corn, and jalapeños but strangely, there was no garlic flavour at all.
Ambiance wise, the place was clean and had fun, vibrant wall art with cool pizza themed signs and a cozy seating area. Definitely a nice vibe to hang out in, but the food this time didn’t...
