Our tourist bus boarded at this bus yesterday on Wednesday, 29th March at around 2:30 pm. Our tourist agent of Goa took us to this hotel. I think there's some commission fixed for the Tourist bus agents with this restaurant.
Anyways, I stepped into the restaurant with all other tourists. When the restaurant staff came to take order, I mentioned a little customised request to make the veg curry little bit dry but the staff directly said 'No' and added that nothing can be customised here, we have to eat whatever is available without any customisation request. After the incident we directly stepped out of the restaurant along with many other tourist (who might have undergone similar experiences). We visited Om Sai Sagar restaurant just beside this restaurant and had our delicious Lunch.
We didn't like the restaurant due to its staff but can't say about food quality. For food quality, please go through...
Read moreI am absolutely furious after my appalling experience at this dump of a restaurant. The so-called "waiters" were a disgrace to the service industry. They were rude, arrogant, and utterly incompetent. It was like dealing with a pack of wild animals rather than civilized human beings.

But what truly pushed me over the edge was the complete lack of respect from the staff. They treated us like dirt, and I refuse to be treated that way.
I will never set foot in that establishment again, and I'll make sure everyone I know hears about the despicable treatment I received. Save yourself the agony and avoid this dumpster fire of a restaurant...

The restaurant looks nice from the outside as it's just opposite Mangueshi Temple, but the food quality was very poor.
We ordered Veg Kolhapuri, Dal Tadka, Aloo Jeera, Roti, Chapati — the taste was bland, and the roti/chapati were dry and of very low quality. We spent ₹935, but it didn’t feel worth even half of that.
Being in a tourist area doesn’t mean you can compromise on quality. Please improve your food and service — tourists...
