Worst experience in my life...! On valentine's day thought of going to benaulim Hawaii Garden restaurant for dinner along with family..we ordered starters ....part order was served by waiter one order of king fish waiter didn't get only,after asking the waiter, said he forgot to give order in kitchen...we said ok order it now....after some time waiter served us king fish which was of no taste was smelling bad...we left it untouched spoiled our taste even of what we are before.... ..I told waiter to taste and see ....he said fish is fresh and it taste like that only. We can't do anything..he charged us for that...! I said who will argue with this waiter...I said to get bill...he got the bill which was twice the bill which we ate.... unnecessary added items twice....also added price of king fish twice and and charged 3300/- for one king fish masala fry....! I can share u all the bill....I took photo of bill and kept.... Waiter gave us a bill Of Rs.7040/- I said to waiter that he gave me wrong. Bill....! And so confidently he said no sir bill is correct. I went on the counter and shown manager the bill and explained him that is the cost of 2 small pieces of king fish is 3300/- he looked at the waiter and said he will do the changes and gave us a bill of Rs.3710/- also found to be added extra water bottle.

Guys please note and be carefull about the bill check it properly before paying bill.....waiter over charges...! Can happen to u all too...!! Worst thing no one apologised....!!! The waiter of Hawaii Garden restaurant spoiled...

A few months ago, while we were at the Benaulim Trinity beach, one of my female family member urgently needed to use a restroom. Unfortunately, we could not find any public restrooms nearby, so we decided to go to Hawaii Garden Restaurant. As a gesture of goodwill, I purchased some bottles of water before requesting to use their restroom for my colleague. However, to our dismay, the owner of the restaurant rudely refused our request. This incident left a bad taste in our mouths, and we felt disrespected and disappointed with the owner's attitude.

As locals, we were deeply embarrassed by this incident, and we sincerely hope that the owner learns to treat customers, especially females, with respect and courtesy.
