Heera Classic Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Goa

Just had a lunch on 12th march to celebrate a birthday. Everything was pre ordered on the previous day. For the starters we had teriyaki chicken which was cold, some green chicken which was from the Chinese dish and it was so bad and stale nobody could put it in their mouth. The French fries had chaat masala that’s weird because nobody puts chaat masala over it, even after telling the waiter not to add chaat masala we were served with it. The staff have zero sense and knowledge. The chicken lollipop wasn’t fresh either and it was so salty OMG!!! The main course had some coriander chicken which was have maida balls instead of chicken, the guests for the birthday were also surprised and left the dish as it is. The chicken Hakka noodles are super fail since it was stinking and stale. This restaurant is a disaster, a person who doesn’t know to cook will prepare a better dish than this restaurant. The cutlery was dirty, very dirty washrooms. Whilst leaving at 2:30 pm the lift was put off. We had a 90 year old lady who couldn’t walk down the stairs but it took half an hour to speak to the authority to start the lift. The owner should definitely look into the restaurant management and food preparation, it needs a lot of improvement. I would never have food from this place ever again!! Awesome restaurant with decent environment and moody lighting. Food and Service is also impressive. I would recommend Fish thali, Veg crispy and other Chinese cuisine(specially Schezwan Fried Rice).Restaurant is always in moody environment which let you relax and have peaceful communication, mainly because of the wall colors and lighting with beautiful paintings hanging on wall. Order timing is also pretty good, it takes some time but it is worth enjoying calm environment, Even through food delivery apps it supplies with good packaging and fresh food. Sometimes there are some difficulties to find a reservation on weekends but prebooking and apps like 'Dine out' are allowed to reserve in advance. Manager and waiters are always humble and quick in response. automatic sanitizer is placed at a entrance such that no one should have contact in between and one time paper menus are provided to reduce the contact between customers, so they are taking proper covid precautions. Menu is already available on Internet, I would recommend Prawns curry, Chonak Rava Fry, Prawns Fry and other sea food option, even Fish platter is highly recommended dish if you are coming in a group or with family. It is hard to find good vegetarian option in menu but there are some good Paneer based north Indian dishes and some Chinese vegetarian...

The service is very bad. Late as well as waiters are not attentive and above all, Heera classic has been my go-to place (even before they shifted to Khorlim, their location was opp. bus stand), but nowadays I think it has lost it's authenticity and quality. I ordered Chicken Manchow soup and I got veg soup and after waiting for 15 minutes more they got us the right one. Along with that, we also ordered Roasted Chilly Chicken which was too sweet and peppery, I wouldn't try it at all. And, for the main course, butter roti and chicken tikka masala (spicy than usual), only the roti was good and chicken tikka was okayish I'd say.😣 We had to ask for water and when we asked for chilled water bottle, we were served chilled water from the filter.
