Wow! Momo — Restaurant in Goa

It was the worst experience ssly. We had ordered one burger which was atleast quite good but not momos. They weren't having any sauces they didn't tossed it in sauce it was like we were eating some tasteless food i ever had. We had ordered one tandoori momos as shown in picha it was quite red saucy and attractive but when it came in plate it was totally yellow color no sauce and the outer layer pf momo was like we make chapati. It was literally tasting like it was dipped in petroleum. Even we had ordered mojito. I asked them to make it without ice and u know guys what they said 😂 mojito is made up of full Ice only it can't be served without ice, i said okay giv and when i received it that full container was filled up with little with just 5 sips of mojito🤷‍♀️ and who the hell keeps the local to cook momos there which is totally Chinese dish. That one girl was literally asking other one that how to make kala khatta i dont know to make it and even she served it with full glass of ice. I would neva suggest this place to anyone in my life. We haven't expected this...

Order wow momos from this branch specifically if you want to ruin your mood and overall experience. I ordered a combo on Zomato and mind you I ordered 18p momos out of which I’ve received only 6 and 6 moburg and received only 2??! Are you seriously kidding me first of all you give third class tasting momos I’ve had wow momos from many other outlets but I must say the mapusa branch is at the top for ruining your experience and your taste buds. Ordering from here will leave you in absolute surprise as to the extent the staff can go to ruin your order and this is not the first time this has happened to me before and this is my 2nd time. With all due respect, the branch owner should either train the staff and keep enough amount of staff to keep up with the orders or SHUT DOWN THE BRANCH!! You are ruining the brand...

"I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Wow Momo outlet in Mapusa. I ordered the veg Momo Burger, but it was terrible. The momos inside were burnt, and the bun was hard and unappetizing. To make matters worse, this isn't my first bad experience at this outlet. I had previously visited and ordered, but the quality was similarly poor.

Despite my past experience, I gave them another chance, but unfortunately, the result was the same. I'm thoroughly disappointed and won't be ordering from them again. I would advise others to avoid this outlet as well.

I request the management to train their staff to prepare food promptly and correctly. If they're unable to do so, it might be time to consider replacing them. Such consistent negligence is unacceptable and hurts the brand's...
