Hugs and Mugs Cafe — Restaurant in Goa

Horrible place and the service is pathetic..coffee cup had lipstick marks on it as it must not been washed by previous user. The cake was crumbling as it was not fresh. Please do not waste your time and money on this place..oh the people there were very arrogant when we brought this to their attention calling us "gunties".

As there is no way to respond to your comments, below I have to mention here again...am I to remember who served us or who was in charge of management that day? What we have experienced in your service attitude and products I have given my review so take it up with you help and improve yourself. Hope better judgment prevails upon...

We had come to buy a cake. But seeing the nice ambience we decided to grab some coffee and a quick bite. The cafe latte was delightful and the cold coffee was alright. But what really amazed me is the burger which was really good. It pairs so well with the cheesy dip they provided. Rates were reasonable as per Goa standards.
