My first time visiting this spot, tucked right on the corner. I didn’t get around to asking who Jack is, but the place is run by a very warm and welcoming Victor and his lovely mum.
The food here has a distinct flavor you’d expect in South Goa—bold, unique, and satisfying. The menu isn’t huge, but what they serve is done with care and full of character. Portions are just right, and the cozy vibe makes it a great place to unwind.
Victor really goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great time. He surprised us with some pickled jalapeños and mangoes to pair with our drinks, which was a thoughtful and tasty touch.
Service can be a bit slow—it’s just him and his mum running the show—but we weren’t in a rush. We came to relax, sip on some Feni, and enjoy good conversation with friends, so it worked perfectly for us.
