KFC — Restaurant in Goa

We have been visiting kfc madgao regularly for many years on our trips from palolem. There are many new items on the menu and the renovation looks good too, however, the washroom has always been a disaster. It's smells soo bad inside and outside..! The music is also so loud and lacks any bass which ruins the ambience. You can't even have a conversation. The desserts are average and today the choco mud pie didn't even look like the picture, the oil had seperated from the cream and it seemed like the cream had split making it a very greasy affair. It's definitely not worth the price. The regular fries are just too small a quantity! The only saving grace was the new chicken zinger pro which was good. Overall we will still remain fans of kfc and hope that this particular outlet improves these issues to make it a good experience for us.

We had placed order via swiggy to KFC Margao outlet of following items

3 veg zinger burgers

2 veg patty and medium fries

3.pepsi black can 300ml

However we received only one zinger burger  ,2 veg patty & fries,300 ml Pepsi can . Two zinger burger were missing.

On enquiring about same with the delivery person he said he brought what was given to him by the KFC outlet and he had also felt that the items packed were less since the packaging looked small but the delivery outlet person ensured him that all items were there in the package.we than contacted the kfc outlet they asked us to resend the delivery person to collect the remaining two burgers but it is not our duty to do send the delivery person back to collect the missing order as it was mistaken of kfc outlet Margao as they packed less items..
