I ordered a watermelon mojito and a oversized.pizza ( Not sure ) .. something like that for 270ruppes .. my brother ordered a chocolate Belgium shake which costs 169ruppes .. we got the order in a couple of minutes. . .. and it had a good look .. and looked appetising. ... after tasting it wasn't a good feeling .. the watermelon mojito didn't have any taste close to a watermelon and was way too sweet . .. it felt like a ton of diabetes and poison. . .. it ruined my taste. .. plus the belgium chocolate shake was just a$$. .. I bet you can make that at home by buying some weikfield powder. Coming over the pizza. ... It had average taste ... And the main bread plate (covered by cheese) of the pizza felt like it was removed from the freezer and put into oven .. the cheese was hard compaerd to hot regular pizza cheese .. and not easy to cut ... I felt I was also having some noodles ... Then the oregano ... It was stored in glass containers .. I tried to remove em to my pizza and they wouldn't come out. .. then I checked the container. . .. It had oregano stick to it's holes and I think they were stuck for a long time .. long enough to form fungi .. ...I wasn't pleased by their food ... So I asked if I could write a review ... ..and i said I didn't like the watermelon mojito at all ... It was way too much sugar. ... .. the guy in the tie said we can give u a new drink no need to put a complain ... ( Very generous) ... I didn't accept new drink and still requested to give a review ... They said let it be. .. .. so this is my review .. Read moreI have experienced that the pizza hut quality of service and quality ambience at fatorda margao is pathetic. Toilets were dirty, the AC was not working and also i have received my order almost after 45 mins of ordering . And after serving us the first pizza they take 10-15 mins for every order placed 45 mins back. When asked about the AC and the order “why is it taking so much time “ we get replied by the waiter saying “ we are stopping others orders and trying to serving you” while the people who were next to us , who came after us, had their meal and left. The way the waiter spoke to us felt like he was doing us a favour by serving us after 45 mins. When we were getting late and yet our order wasn’t completed we tried to cancel the order and pay and leave and at the billing counter the manager came to speak to us on why are we leaving out of genuine concern and the waiter just cut him off and told him “its okay let them leave” . We did not come begging for free food we paid for our meal the least what we could get is a little respect. Read moreMy son went here today with 3 of his friends to celebrate his birthday. Their bill was 2195. They paid 2600 and asked for the change. The man at the billing counter said since there is a rush he will return the change later and gave the receipt. Later the waiter came and took the bill from the kids (aged 13-16 years) saying he doesn't remember the order. Like seriously? Don't you have a duplicate copy of bill? And post they had food when they asked for the change, the man at billing counter said they had given the exact money i.e. 2195 and he doesn't owe anything!! They tried to explain and remind him but he didn't listen and was rude. He didn't listen to them and denied returning the change until one of my son's friends' mother reached the joint to pick them up. Initially he told no to her also but later he asked to wait for 20 minutes to check the cctv camera and finally after seeing the cctv he returned the change. How could the branch continue with such staff and tolerate such unprofessional behaviour. This is highly unacceptable. The branch owner should take action on this man at billing.
