Nirvana Beach Cafe — Restaurant in Goa

Ordered Dum Aloo from the menu, the description on the menu says it is stuffed. Unfortunately, it was not stuffed(see pictures). And it was not made using any standard Dum Aloo based on a Kashmeri or Banarsi recipe. I told them it was not very good and their cook took too many short cuts; it was clearly just sliced potatoes with tomoto sauce. I did tell them the presentation was excellent and the roti was good. I gave the staff a chance to explain why the Dum Aloo was not made according to their own menu description. Instead they did not want to answer and just wanted money; they could care less about taking responsibility for problems when told in a clear manner. My friend and I had a lovely break in Arambol which was enhanced by the excellent Nirvana Beach Cafe experience. The lovely staff - Jerry, Mahi and David all went out their way to make us comfortable, were attentive to our needs and never failed to impress us with their hardwork in the blistering heat and all with a smile on their faces.
