Om Cafe Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

We came here to celebrate the 31st night. But this hotel not only wasted our time, they ruined our 31st night. The hotel staff is very rude. For drinks you will have to purchase the whole 750ml bottle so do not refer to the menu because they have just made it for showoff. Waiters were using abusive language. We were going to be scammed for this. We were asking for the price before unsealing the bottle but the waiter totally ignored us and opened the bottle. They were taking double charges by erasing the original prices from the bottle. And when we refused to drink because of the uninformed over pricing one of the waiters started arguing with us. If you ask them for food suggestions they will only tell you the expensive ones. That means according to them only expensive dishes are good but that's also a lie. This was not enough for them so they destroyed our next day also. The waiter started abusing us with no manners of talking with girls. He said on our face he will not accept his mistake in a very rude manner. They took charges from us even for the cancelled dishes. And they ask for money like extortion. Even one star is tooooo much for this third class nonsense restaurant this restaurant should be closed or someone should take strict action on them. I wish I would have read the reviews before entering...

I stayed at Estrella do màar Beach resort at calungut beach. Just a 50 steps and u will find On Cafe Bar right on the beautiful beach with huts. We had taken dinner and lunch two days in a row. It was delicious and moth watering. Owners and staff were right besides you whenever u need any service. The best I can describe is my lost purse with 10k cash and all credit cards n stuffs. I accidentally forgot stuffs at beach in the morning. I just had came to know about this when I was searching it at dinner time at 10.30 PM. I tried to search n went to om Cafe to ask. And with all surprise, it was there in the Cafe with all stuffs untouched. This is the perfect example to describe kindness and generosity of the Cafe staff and of course of goven people. Loved and carried so many beautiful memories. Thanks to all lovely people there at OM sai Cafe. Keep doing the good stuffs.

Worst shack i had seen in recent times.The staff is very rude when get to know that your order won’t be over 500.Then they don’t accept upi or card payments.We had not brought our wallets since we were playing in the sea.The owner I don’t recall her name was particularly rude and said that she doesn’t want to give explanation to me about the service provided as some gst notice notice had come to them.Seriously this was not expected as you are operating on such a location and you could follow basic compliances.When i said to her that i too accept payments as low as Rs 2 in my business to that she told me you are operating small business as if she was handling a billion dollar company there with those handful useless goons that they have petted there.I sincerely request that madam to close the business if one cannot follow guidelines set by government and stop fooling people and extorting...
