Chalston Beach Resort — Hotel in Goa

🤩I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Chalstons Beach Resort in Goa, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. This resort deserves a solid five-star rating!

👸First and foremost, the property itself is a true gem. It exudes beauty and charm at every turn. The attention to detail and maintenance of the resort is truly commendable. It's evident that the staff takes great pride in ensuring that every corner of the property is in top-notch condition.

🧔‍♂️Speaking of the staff, they are incredibly hospitable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine desire to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Their professionalism and friendliness added a special touch to our visit.

🌊One of the highlights of Chalstons Beach Resort is its prime location right by the beach. The on-site restaurant, with its stunning beach view, was a delight. The dishes they offer are not only delicious but also diverse. We had the pleasure of trying a wide variety of dishes, and each one was a culinary delight.

🍨I must emphasize that you absolutely must try their dessert sorbets. They are a true treat for the taste buds and a perfect way to end a meal.

🛖We stayed in the deluxe rooms with a pool view, and they exceeded our expectations. The rooms are spacious, and the enormous balcony overlooking the pool provided a relaxing oasis. My daughter had a blast exploring the property and spending hours in the pool. It's a family-friendly resort that caters to all ages.

Overall, our stay at Chalstons Beach Resort was nothing short of wonderful. We owe this incredible find to a friend's recommendation, and we are immensely grateful. If you're looking for a beautiful, well-maintained resort with a hospitable staff, delicious food, and a prime beachfront location, Chalstons Beach Resort in Calangute Goa is the perfect choice.

Very well maintained. Greenery all around. Clean rooms. Good food. Friendly and helpful service staff. We stayed there 3 nights. It is a pet friendly resort. It felt very inclusive to see pets calmly resting inside Chalston. The owners and visitors were with their pets. However, there was one bad experience. There is a beach entrance from the Chalston restaurant. One of the mornings, just in front of the steps of Chalston, there was a pack of 10 stray collared dogs. They were just lying on the beach. I took about 10 steps on the beach when 4 of the dogs charged at me. It was terrifying. I had never experienced such a thing before. I dropped my bright orange bag hoping they would go after it. But that did not work. I did not run, but kept avoiding their jump and moved backwards towards the beach. They kept barking ferociously. I like animals, but this was too scary. I cannot forget the face of one the dogs that was too close. I accidentally looked into its eyes and felt the chills. There was no one around to help. And then I saw one of the Chalston staff standing at the steps. And the dogs suddenly ran away like nothing had happened. Am not sure if I had stepped out of their territory or they recognized the person standing there. Later I saw them chasing a jogger and a couple of people playing in the beach. I noticed they did not bite anyone, but were notorious and attacking people who were minding their own business. Anyway, anyone who stays in Chalston and enters the beach from there and if you see stray dogs in huge packs, take help of the Chalston staff to chase them away before you get on the beach. We stayed at Chalston Beach for 8 nights over Christmas at the end of our trip to India.||The hotel and grounds are stunning, easily the best in Calangute from what we saw on our walks out.||The rooms are both practical and immaculately clean, with great A/C. Should you require additional towels or toiletries…housekeeping are only a phone call away and are promptly delivered in no more than 5 minutes.||The hotel has a lovely swimming pool with pool bar where you can order food and drinks all day…during our stay, with the majority of the guests off to the beach, we had the whole pool to ourselves.||The restaurant….this is a real selling point for the hotel…fantastic setting directly on the beach with fantastic views, especially at sunset…there isn’t a a better view in the area.||The menu offers options for all tastes..from curry to pizza, Chinese to pasta… and a fantastic choice of seafood…all cooked to perfection. To match the food, the service in the restaurant is the one of the best experiences we have received, the waiters are so polite and attentive to ensure every guest receives a premium experience whilst dining.||The hotel is a family run business, and it certainly shows they care about their guests. Throughout the total stay, the owners and their Sons were on hand assisting around the property and in the restaurant…from clearing tables to serving breakfast…a real personal touch.||The only negative we had about our stay was that we didn’t book enough nights, we could have easily stayed for a month.||If you are looking for a hotel in the area, look no further, Chalston Beach has...
