Pastry Cottage — Restaurant in Goa

Pastry Cottage is an interesting amalgamation of bakery and bistro. We dropped in during lunch time to check out their snacks as well as lunch options. The ambiance is pretty elegant with cozy vibes and vibrant decor. They have seating capacity for around 25 people. The menu is well curated to suit the crowd looking for quick snacks as well as decent lunch.

We ordered: Steamed chicken momos: Recommended. We were quite surprised to see momos here so thought of giving it a shot and it didn't disappoint us. We loved the momos as well as the chutney served! It tasted like the street style momos and that's something remarkable. Fish and chips with tartar sauce: Must try! If you are here for lunch don't miss out on this. The batter fried fish was fresh, crispy and scrumptious. Chicken cafreal sandwich: Recommended. This sandwich had the perfect Chicken cafreal flavour. Chicken was well cooked and juicy. Great choice whenever you drop in for the quick snack. Chicken kathi kebab roll: Recommended. Another great option for a light snack. It had a flavoursome chicken kebab filling. Matcha smoothie: Must try! This new addition to the menu is something unique to try. It had a very subtle yet yummy taste that left us wanting for more. Chocolate brownie with icecream: Must try for desserts. The sizzling hot brownie topped with icecream and nuts was just flawless!! We totally enjoyed eating this one.

Service: Quick and prompt service. Staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Cost: Most of the items are in range of 150 to 250 bucks.

Visited the Caranzalem outlet of @pastrycottagegoa today evening. It has such an amazing ambience.😍❤️😋

Tried their delicious rainbow pastry, mochaccino, cappuccino, chicken mexican roll, and ogled at their yummy spread of freshly baked goodies, cookies, croissants, puffs, muffins, bread, donuts, cakes, etc.

I thoroughly enjoyed my mocha, the rainbow pastry was perfectly layered with the right amount of sweetness, the chicken mexican roll, one of my all time favourite savoury picks was soft, buttery and delicious.

Also, I frequently order cakes from here for our birthdays, and their dark chocolate/truffle cake is my best pick. From burgers, sandwiches, rolls, shawarmas, pizzas, fries, ressois, fish and chips, momos, waffles, coffees, shakes, and the best pastries, @pastrycottagegoa is a one stop solution for all your foodie cravings. One of the finest cosy cafés you mustn't miss when in Goa with a super chill and pleasant vibe.

I'd like to add here, pastry cottage's staff is extremely cordial and welcoming. Salman, @fair_unfair_pubg who made our cafés (he's in the 4th picture), ensured prompt service, made the most perfect art designs on our cafés, got the taste spot on, and ensured we had a splendid time. Thanks!

One of the oldest bakeries in Panaji, Pastry Cottage, has recently opened a bistro at its new location in Caranzalem, close to Miramar beach. With a cosy seating area, you can relish fresh fruit pastries, cakes and coffee through their chicken croquette is also definitely worth the mention. A perfect place to spend your wintery evening catching up with your old buddies or reading a book. The few items that we tried out at our last visit to this place are : • Classic Chicken Burger • Chicken Kathi Kebab Roll • Chicken Poi • Lamb Burger • Smoothies • Chocolate Mousse • Red Velvet • Molten Choco Brownie with vanilla ice-cream This Place has a Great Ambience. Also, the staff here is quite friendly and welcoming. This Place is perfect for your evening meetups or if you are looking out for a space to sit and work on your laptop while sipping your Coffee.
