Menezes house — Hotel in Goa Island

This is a nice place for you to have a stay, away from the crowd but close to all the action

The place is hosted by Ronnie who is a great guy, great host and very friendly! We stayed in a room at the top floor which had a sit out / terrace

The stay was for 3 days and cost us only 5700 INR. We are from Goa so we have a vehicle and we parked in the premises.

The greatest advantage is this is in Caranzalem which is a village near Panjim and the moment you get out of this place and land on the main road you are near all eateries, Miramar beach, drive down you are near Ritz and Thalassa and within 2 kms you have all places to visit and hangout!

The property has kitchen with basic amenities and clean bathrooms!

I loved, loved staying in Panaji town and especially staying at Menezes House. ||This was all thanks to Rony and his lovely wife Mary, both of whom were so friendly, generous with their time and travel advice, and kept a beautiful home and rooms. ||This is Rony and Mary's home--half for living, half for letting. ||The room has cable tv and water, and I am so glad to have stayed in Panaji vs. North Goa (too touristy). Rony arranged for a motorbike rental for the week, and this made seeing the rest of Goa so simple. ||There are beautiful beaches, e.g. Caranzalem, you can get to with a motorbike without having to stay in town. ||I would recommend Menezes House without hesitation to anyone. ||Clean, friendly, excellent...

I had a really great time at Menezes House, even I stayed only for a night. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean and have good showers. The location is good when you want to escape the city and stay in an authentic and quiet neighborhood, which still offers a frequent 10min bus connection to Panjim. The homemade Goan food is delicious. Ronny and his wife Mary are exceptional hosts and count to the best I encountered in 3 month travelling through India. They are so lovely, friendly, helpful and do everything that their guests feel like home and to make your stay a memorable one.
