First of all this restaurant is ground +1 there is no one to greet you at the restaurant you are lost and have to find your own way.Then you manage to see people around but they are all equally lost.The restaurant is an AC restaurant with sea facing view but the AC doesnt work bcz of the humid climate in Goa.Their waiter,manager everyone is sweating like hell and once you enter the place u too will join the gang.
We had booked a sea facing table with proper view but there was so much miscommunication that we dint get one after that the manage Mr. Mihir Kamble suggested that the 4 of us sit in straight line so that we can have sea view after arguing with him we got the table we had actually reserved which was given to someone else. The story doesnt end here he most of the time was staying inside a certain room guess which had good ventilation and was not present to face goof ups he had created.Birthday champagne was opened before the table was ready he didnot even check with us before opening.And then finally the table was given till this time we were almost dead with hunger and heat.There is only one cooler between seating of about 20 ppl .You people charge appetizers for 1000 each plate and expect the guest to share coolers like seriously.
Mr.Mihir Kamble is definately not ment for service industry no hospitality no courtesy and definately needs more training on how to handle situations with grace then running inside.
