Taco Bell — Restaurant in Goa

Please close this place and get your customer facing people some service training, or just get some machines to do their job because it wouldn’t change anything, for all you know your rating might increase. They don’t want to give details , no ownership, they don’t have any interest whatsoever. I asked for the cheesy taco combo , and after almost 15 min when I went to check since it had taken a long time , I and the guy at the counter realised that my order was ready long ago , and he just let it be only because he didn’t have a tray … that’s the excuse I got , so now my taco is cold and not crunchy anymore . He didn’t know there was a nacho in my order so I told him and he added one , that’s when I realised that there was a dip in it which earlier the billing guy told me to buy since he didn’t know or god knows what , I had specifically asked and this happened. When I told this to the guy who looked like a manager , he didn’t have any great reaction and the billing guy is laughing . So that’s what it is …. They don’t care …. They don’t explain or tell people anything about the order nor suggest or even ask . We have to go tell them and they will punch in . This is what even a machine...

I really enjoyed Taco Bell when they first opened. I mean, it was nowhere near as good as their branches in other countries (and not only because of the lack of beef), but it was a decent alternative to the regular fast food options. However, as of late it's been pretty disappointing.

The first mistake was getting rid of the Ultimate Cheese Taco, which was by far the best item on the menu, but I was happy enough with the regular chalupa. But even that no longer tastes as good as it used to. They decided to make it more spicy for no reason and the shell doesn't have the texture it used to. The quesadillas have also been less enjoyable, and I wonder if they changed the cheese. (Their regular hard-shell and soft-shell tacos were always bad, in my opinion.)

The churros are still good though.

Also, I have no idea why they insist on filling most of their stuff with onions. Sometimes, I forget to tell them exclude it, because I don't expect onions as a default topping.

The staff is pretty helpful and friendly, but looking at how few people are at the counter, even during peak hours, I expect it to be closed in...

AVOID THIS ONE. GO TO THE PANJIM ONE INSTEAD. Food here is decent enough, but the staff is extremely rude, I don't think I've ever seen such an unprofessional crew at a fast food chain till date. I asked to order the unlimited refill drink and instead of accepting my order the attendant was like it's only limited to 5 refills and if you dare to share your drink with anyone else you won't get a refill. I was like okay? On my 3rd refill, the other attendant just yelled back into the kitchen "Isn't this guy's 5 refills done yet? How much more does he want?" In hindi and then burst out laughing. I just stood there red faced and pissed off. Another time, I ordered a meal and it came with Pepsi zero, asked if it is possible to give regular Pepsi? And the attendant just rudely said no without even looking. Never visiting here again, rather go to...
