The River Restaurant — Restaurant in Goa

Loved staying at the property and enjoy the food through this restaurant.

On our last day we ordered the Goan Veg Thali that was very delicious with different items that we loved and actually asked the waiter for some extra rice and curry and they obliged even though this was a limited thali.

Person the only thing I didn't like was the drink but then you cannot like everything you try right ;)

They have an amazing breakfast...

I booked a table online and phoned to confirm but they had given it away when we got there (on time). No apology and really unfriendly. We waited and eventually sat then they didn't have. Either of the 2 Sauvignon wines on their list and again didn't seem to care or offer alternatives. Starters were nice but only 2 of our 6 had good main meals. Great dishes we had fish and prawn curry, vegetarian biryani, pomfret grilled, Cesar salad, noodle salad, omelet Masala, Goan coconut pancake and mud cake. We tried to eat out but didn't enjoy the other places as much as this restaurant. Highly recommended!! Thank you to the staff's for taking care of us....
