Unhygienic Practices—Shocking Experience at Ajay’s (Mansi Circle)

I visited Ajay’s at Mansi Circle expecting a quick bite, but was appalled by what I witnessed. Before preparing my order, the staff washed their hands using mop water—the same dirty water used for cleaning the floor. This is not just unhygienic, it’s dangerous. I immediately cancelled my order and left.

A restaurant with such high ratings should uphold basic food safety standards. This experience raises serious concerns about their kitchen practices. I hope the management takes urgent corrective action. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values health...

The food at Ajay's is really good! The flavors are spot on, and the portion sizes are generous. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Tables and floors were quite dirty during my visit, which took away from the overall experience. If they improved the hygiene, this place would be a real gem. Worth a visit for the food, but they definitely need to work on...

It was a good pocket friendly cafe with a reasonable price of cold coffee at least ... Yes burger n fries are the same but still better than most of the over costly places in Ahmedabad n must try because u can't spend 100+ on coffee with friends every time but yeah just want to say vadodara experience of taste in food...
