The elevators are more offen not working. ""I stucked in elevators on mid floor, emergency button only for making us fool no one from buliding management came to bring me out till 11 min i was alone in that horrible elevator."" Security men in the basement behave like a towing men in traffic oftenly locked vehicals moved to one place to another place. The lights are not working in basements and a potential threat of safety in this building.

This building is perfect example of how not to build or manage any building. All this happend in front of builder and they are not bothered about this more over they have blocked one elevators for their own use only, """"""out of total 4 elevators two not in working condition at present it menas if you want to reach office at 10:00 O'clock you have to reach at 9:45 to get the elevators""""". To sum up my review I do not recommend this building or builder due to very poor planning...

The support and management staff is totally pathetic.. They don't know how to talk with the owners and guests visiting the building.. They are extremely rude and use over pitched voices,.. All the cleaning staff uses the main lifts with their buckets and brooms which makes it highly unhygienic and the building staff didn't allow us to even carry a water jerry-can that too when the service lift was not working and told us to wait for 15min till he starts the lift. The foyer is utterly bad with pigeons poop all over the place and ugly artificial grass on walls which in unmaintained and shabbily hanging.. They havn't even provided signage for the building owners so that people who come to visit have an idea of the offices this building houses.. These guys are seriously bad with the rude staff and poor...

One of the best & well maintained multi-storeyed commercial complex of Vastrapur, located on the Judges Bungalow Road, close to Mansi Circle. The complex primarily houses offices of various companies apart from Major Banks like Axis, Kotak Mahindra, Indian Bank, Nutan Nagrik Sahkari Bank etc..There is huge parking space in the backside of the building for two wheelers and a basement parking from the cars.
