I would link to inform who are all taking ITC Hotel's services, regarding my horrible experience by today with security & Front desk or receptionist MR. Faiz, I went to property one of the Security guard came to enquire me, regards the purpose of visit. I have explained to him that I need to book the room after seeing the property, At the same time from his mouth I heard that book it online and then came here we will allow Inside the property, If I am not wrong first of all he is not a concerned person to say that word to me, I don't know who has given that rights to say's to me. I never saw this type of hospitality service in the budget hotel's also, but I got Horrible experience in ITC Hotel's. Later on after all this conversation I have connected by phone for ITC with the help of Google, call land's centralised they have connected to room reservation and later they spoken with unit employee to visit where I am in the property, from there Front desk to Mr. Faiz came to my place He also started to behave as an un-educated person type, He is not mine any thing from his mouth he is putting his words if you have any problem go and review in online, I got shocked after listening that word from his mouth, I have Sean if someone say's i am going to be review in online badly they will request to don't do, but hear dead opposite experience in this ITC narmada (Survey # 104 A, Judges Bunglow Rd, I I M, Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015). We went on 26th June, 2023 (Monday) to celebrate a family member’s (senior citizen’s) birthday. The reservation experience was more or less okay (they do have a long list of rules) but we did manage to make a reservation and requested for a small cake during the dinner.
When we reached there, my mother and sister walked in first, I don’t know why but their staff (I am forgetting her name, lady in green uniform at the entrance of the restaurant) gave them the worst possible table in the last corner of the second hall (table number 22 I guess). I requested them to change it, they outrightly refused to make any adjustments. This table is so horribly placed that people sitting on the sofa (left, far corner) of this table have no option to move around (to go and get food) especially if the table ahead of this table is also occupied. The people serving us were sweet and courteous but the staff (who stand at entrance of the restaurant, especially this lady in green uniform) are extremely arrogant and will treat their guests with high-handedness. The food spread is great and food taste is decent. The other dampener of the evening was that these people completely forgot to bring the surprise cake that we had requested while making the table reservation. They never brought it for us.
I am NEVER going to Adalaj Pavilion ever again. ITC is a good brand, their hotels in other cities are always a pleasant experience (especially the Welcome by ITC in Vadodara is excellent) but ITC Narmada is just not upto the mark. What a shame for ITC! (Mostly because of this...
