VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERIVE

Very disappointed with my recent order. I ordered some burgers and a cold coffee and paid online in advance. When the delivery arrived, the cold coffee was missing. The delivery boy clearly said the restaurant didn’t give it to him.

When I tried contacting the restaurant, they were rude and didn’t provide any proper response or help. This is highly unprofessional and shows poor customer service.

I won’t be ordering from this place again and I don’t recommend it to others. If you can’t fulfill a simple order or handle complaints properly, you shouldn’t be on food delivery platforms.

This is completely unacceptable. If you care about your money and your time, do NOT order from this place. They are careless, irresponsible, and dishonest with customers. Strictly avoid this restaurant.

I ordered and paid for cold coffee, which was not delivered. The delivery person clearly told me that the restaurant did not provide it. When I contacted the restaurant earlier, there was no proper response.

Now you're asking me to DM, but instead of hiding the issue in private messages, you should have resolved it right at the time of delivery. That would have shown real professionalism and customer care.

If your team truly cares about customer satisfaction, actions should speak louder than hashtags.

I hope you treat your future customers better. Everyone else — be careful while ordering from here.

⚠️ FINAL UPDATE: After leaving a detailed public review and even responding to the owner’s reply, I received NO further response, NO resolution, and NO refund.

This clearly shows that the earlier reply asking me to “DM” was just for show — not genuine customer care. If a business can’t even acknowledge its own mistake, it speaks volumes about their irresponsibility and unprofessional attitude.

This is a warning to others: Don’t expect proper service or support...

Hi There! I was there with my cousin brother! We were there and our discussion was Ajay's food Cafe is like an Indian Combination of McDonald and Dominos! Ajay's food is good local food chain well known for its cold coffee, Pizza and burgers. Ajay Bhai has made it with vision of fast food with Economical cost. Good in test,nice sitting arrangements, responsible staff. Food was good but they can improve things like less oil in patty of burger. Pizza can made some more soft. They can make rate little high but quality of food can make Good. I hope this can...

After increasing price in milk they have increased price of coffee to 25. I have no problem with increased but the milk price has increased by 2 rupees per litter and they have directly increased price by 5 rupees and also the price of basic veg burger was 20 but after increasing price in milk they have increased price of burger to 25.

So,what is the relation between burger and incread price in milk ?

People come to your shop just because of the food you give in low price.
