I recently visited Annkut Gujarati restaurant and wanted to share my experience. Let me start by saying that the food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The flavors, spices, and variety of Gujarati cuisine they offer are commendable. However, I must address the issue I encountered with their service, which left a lot to be desired.
When I arrived at Annkut Gujarati restaurant, I was warmly greeted and seated promptly. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant and inviting, creating a nice atmosphere for a meal. The menu had a wide range of options, catering to different preferences, and the food itself was of exceptional quality. Each dish was well-prepared, authentic, and flavorful, truly reflecting the rich Gujarati culinary tradition.
However, the service was a letdown. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, resulting in slower-than-expected service. It took quite some time for our orders to be taken, and even longer for the food to arrive at our table. Moreover, there were several instances where our requests for refills of water or additional condiments were forgotten or overlooked.
Furthermore, the waitstaff appeared to lack attentiveness and seemed disinterested in providing a personalized dining experience. They did not check in on us to ensure everything was satisfactory, nor did they provide any recommendations or assistance when needed. It felt as though we were just another table to attend to, rather than valued customers.
I would like to emphasize that the quality of the food is outstanding, and it is clear that the chefs and kitchen staff put a lot of effort into their craft. However, for a well-rounded dining experience, prompt and attentive service is essential. I sincerely hope that the management of Annkut Gujarati restaurant addresses these service-related issues and invests in training their staff to improve the overall customer experience.
In conclusion, if you are a fan of authentic Gujarati cuisine, Annkut is definitely worth a visit for their delicious food. However, be prepared for slower service and the possibility of some oversight in terms of attentiveness and responsiveness from the staff. With some improvements in their service, this restaurant has the potential to become truly...
Read moreThe food, service, and the wait staff were all horrendous. The quality and the taste of the food was not upto the mark and everything was just too sweet as opposed to traditional Gujarati food. If the taste isn't enough of a letdown, the wait staff makes it worse.
Despite saying no repeatedly to the server, they dump everything onto the plate. After politely denying the servers for six times or so, I decided to raise my voice a little bit and say ,"Don't you understand the meaning of no?". Surprisingly the waiter gestured a slight upward nod and whispered ,"Eat it.".
I was baffled by this poor service and all the members of the table had constantly shuffle items from each other's plates because the staff were incompetent in the first place. The sheer audacity of the staff to not listen to customers and leaving them to shuffle the items without caring to listen in the first place is pathetic.
Moreover, the waiters would not even serve few members of the table inspite of telling them to do so. We had to constantly ask the manager to get something done and yet there was no surety in receiving the said food item.
In my honest opinion, think twice before choosing this place for eating as it is annoying to eat at a restaurant who refuses to listen...
