Ruchi at Prernatirth outlet is the best and my most favourite store manager ever. She’s the sweetest and kindest who always greets me, calls me Ma’am even tho I’ve denied her a thousand times and is never not wonderful. She treats her customers with enthusiasm each and every single time, not making any tired faces, knows the products in and out, and stans the brand Nini’s like I do, as a very loyal customer, since as far as I can even remember(2014 maybe).

I request whoever is reading this to be kind to those who serve you, they are humans, working for a living just like you and I, and deserve to be treated with dignity. If you have time, try to even have a conversation make each other smile or learn something...

Yesterday on 27/11/2021 I went to collect a customised cake, and the order which I already gave it before 3 days back. The person in charge told me that you can collect it at 5:30 pm. It will be ready, but when I went to collect they told me sir please wait 15 min. I had to wait for nearly 45 min and still could not deliver and when I called customer care they could not transfer my call to higher authorities. This is the worst ever bakery I have ever seen. I have been a fan for Ninnis since long and recommend its product for its quality ! But the staff, very unprofessional. They try to change facts after orders based on their choices and make you feel as if they are doing you a favour ! No, you charge for products and services then you don’t try to talk out customers by changing facts and lying about stuff ! Blatant liars for not doing their job and cut out extra work.
