THEY RUINED MY ANNIVERSARY.

I pre-order the donut bouquet for my anniversary so that I could get it on time. It was on a valentine's day and because of that there's traffic jam everywhere. I reached 1 hour late then the actual delivery time cause It took me more than hour to reach there. When I finally reached there they took 5-10 minutes just to tell me that my order isn't ready yet, have to wait another half an hour so that they can make the bouquet. They kinda act like they don't know that I placed that order or maybe they give my bouquet to someone else. They ask me to buy a cake instead of donut bouquet. What kind of customer service is this?

That's the smallest 1 kg cake I have ever seen.but that's not it ,the worst part is they took my order and gave confirmation on WhatsApp and told us to pick up by 6:30 in the evening ...when we are there for pickup they told us they have no such order after so much discussion and drama they said they will prepare it by 1hr as the manager checked there call records and other things to know that we are telling the truth and after 1 HR we got the cake which was not even 1kg enough and the cheaters also took full amount for this nuisance that they have caused on my child's birthday.... pathetic people and their...
